I really enjoy speaking and training about leadership development.  The most rewarding part of what I do is coaching, where I can invest one on one time with someone in a more targeted approach to help them reach their full potential.  Coaching is about asking questions that will help you see where you need to improve and then providing a framework where change actually happens.  This Forbes post is very helpful:
