The whole purpose of Developing Leaders For Life is to equip people to merge their faith, family and career into one great life.  I post a lot about marriage, parenting and leadership but not as much about the critical role of your faith in your life.  I plan on changing that this year because if that part is not growing then nothing else will work either. Your faith is not a box to check off on Sunday but a lifestyle that impacts every day of the week.   This post by Lisa-Jo Baker was very helpful:

“The One thing I want to do differently this year.  Of course there are one hundred things I’d like to do differently.

But there’s this one that keeps coming back like a nagging, desperate voice that I can’t tune out anymore.”

My strong advice is not to tune out that voice either because it’s the only place you can find real success in your life.
